KB STRONG Programming
If you want the programming + accountability, but are happy training on your own,
KB STRONG Programming will be right up your alley!
All the same great stuff we’re doing in the LIVE classes will be provided to you to do at your own pace.
You get a personal account in TrueCoach (app or website) and will see all program details there, along with movement demo videos for every movement assigned.
Plus - if you’re ever feeling stale or want the energy + community of a group class, drop-in to a LIVE class at any time —
we’ll be following the same program!
A. Just the program!
3 45-minute training sessions per week (plus bonus Saturdays!)
Personalized account in TrueCoach + video demos for every movement assigned.
Equipment needed: 1-2 kettlebells (1 lighter weight for overhead work, 1 heavier for lower body)
Group programs include some ballistics, like 2-arm + 1-arm swings. Modifications + some progressions are included.
B. Program + Feedback
Program + weekly personalized feedback.
